Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: We accept online banking and paypal (Visa, Mastercard).

Q: Why is my transaction rejected/ denied? What should I do?

A: Please use another payment channel. If you're currently using ipay88, please try to use paypal instead or either way.

If you're using your debit/credit card for the first time (for online purchases), please call your bank to activate it first.

If payment is still rejected after changing your channel of payment and checking with your bank, please contact our Customer Service.

Q: My transaction has been successful, but why don't I get a payment confirmation email?

A: Normally, customers will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 10 minutes. If a customer does not receive a payment confirmation email within 10 minutes, please send an email to Customer Service along with proof of payment.

Q: Do you cover any customs fee or any extra fee's on the courier services?

A: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped.

Q: I did not received my item(s) after more than 15 days.

A: Sometimes during festive season, the courier might take some time to deliver the order. However, you are welcome to send an email to Customer Service along with your order number.

Once we has shipped the package(s), we will provide you the tracking number and send to your registered email. We are not responsible for the delay caused by the courier company.
