Q: What’s the shipping cost?
A: All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on your total order amount and your shipping country. Below are the rates for your reference, in MYR:

Q: Are items in my cart reserved for me?
A: Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.
Q: I received an incorrect item
A: Oh no! Please forgive us and do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID and we'll get it sorted out for you.
Q: An item is missing from my order
A: Worry not! Send an email to email@example.com with your order ID and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP!
1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of payment. However, do note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility.
2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/ labels attached.
3.Giftcards, sale, clearance and second items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Refund(s) are only given with store credit.
5. Item(s) bought from 3rd party shall follow their policy and must be returned to 3rd party.
IMPORTANT: Exchange is subject to availability of the item(s). Should the item(s) is out of stock, we will give store credit instead. Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org before you proceed to return the item(s).
PIKATKL processes all orders in Malaysian Ringgit MYR.
Please note that if your card is not issued in Malaysia,
the amount charged might be different according to your local Banks daily exchange rate.
