2. Making a purchase
At PIKATKL.COM, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
PIKATKL.COM processes all orders in Malaysian Ringgit MYR. Please note that if your card is not issued in Malaysia, the amount charged might be different according to your local Banks daily exchange rate.
We post all orders via PosLaju for Malaysia address. PosLaju operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office to you or sent back to us.
Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.
3. Return Policy
a. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of payment. However, do note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility.
b. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/ labels attached.
c.Giftcards, sale, clearance and second items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
d. Refund(s) are only given with store credit.
e. Item(s) bought from 3rd party shall follow their policy and must be returned to 3rd party.
IMPORTANT: Exchange is subject to availability of the item(s). Should the item(s) is out of stock, we will give store credit instead. Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org before you proceed to return the item(s).
IMPORTANT: Beauty products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
4. Product Care
Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from PIKATKL.COM using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).
All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.
Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.
